Orders and fulfilment

Products are made to order after payment and are fulfilled for Afiléon Motorsport by Printful. Product availability, garment variants and delivery estimates can change. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.

Prices and delivery

The product price shown in the shop is charged by Afiléon Motorsport. UK delivery is shown separately at checkout. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Changing your mind

Your statutory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms. For standard, non-personalised merchandise bought online, cancellation rights may apply. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@afileonmotorsport.co.uk if you want to cancel or return an order. Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the law requires otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where useful. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Made-to-order does not remove statutory rights

Although our merchandise is manufactured after an order is placed, standard Afiléon Motorsport products are not automatically treated as personalised goods simply because they are made to order.

Returns instructions

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions for your order. Do not send returns directly to a Printful fulfilment centre unless Afiléon Motorsport specifically instructs you to do so.
